CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

 At Meankart, we strive to ensure that you're absolutely satisfied with your purchases. However, if you do find the need to cancel your order, we kindly request that you do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply reach out to us at support@meankart.com to initiate the cancellation process. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

 IS MY PURCHASE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN, AND HOW DO I PROCESS IT?

 Your purchase is eligible for exchange or return if it meets the following criteria: 

  1. An incorrect product has been delivered to you, meaning the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email. 
  1. If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect, we request you to photograph it immediately after unpacking and share the images with our team on the same day of receiving the product.

 It's essential to note that the item will be considered damaged only if the inner product shows a manufacturing defect. The item will not be replaced if the outer box is not in mint condition.

 To begin the exchange or return process, please contact our friendly customer care team within 7 days of delivery, providing the following information: Order number, Delivery address, specify the reason for exchange, and in case of a defective or incorrect product, kindly include an image of the item.

 Make sure that the product you return is unused, and all the original tags, contents, manuals, boxes, and packaging are intact.

 RETURN PROCESS DETAILS

  1. A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 3 to 4 business days. However, please note that the reverse shipping option is only available for specific locations. For areas where reverse shipping is not available with Meankart, we kindly request you to ship the product back to us within 7 days of receiving it. Ship the product to the following address:

  1. There are certain products exempt from our return policy, and these exceptions will be clearly specified on the product page. 
  1. If you receive the product in a damaged condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the package, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Immediately contact our team at hello@meankart.com or call us at 9315036925, and we will assist you further. 
  1. While Meankart upholds the highest quality standards, we acknowledge that we cannot always control the delivery process, especially for fragile items. Therefore, in the event of any return, kindly reach out to us at the earliest, and no later than 7 working days.
  1. In the rare case that the product reaches you in a damaged condition or has a manufacturing defect, we will promptly send you a brand new replacement. If, for any reason, a replacement of the same product is no longer available, rest assured that a full refund will be issued against your order.

 HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

 - For all products subject to cancellation or return, the complete amount (excluding shipping charges) will be refunded to you.

 - If you made an online payment, the refund amount will be transferred to the original mode of payment.

 - For COD orders, we will require your bank details to initiate the refund process. The refund for COD orders will be credited within 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation.
